**Responsibilities**
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. The Director will lead the day-to-day operations of one or more investment operations functions within Principal Asset Management. **Who You Are**

+ Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
+ Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influence skills.

**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
