- Prepare regular project status reports, financial forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Implement and promote best practices in project management, health, safety, and environmental protection.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on renewable energy (solar or wind) or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development lifecycles, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and financial modeling.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience with grid interconnection processes and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
- Familiarity with the energy regulatory landscape in Denver, Colorado, US or the broader Rocky Mountain region.
