• Research Navigation and Support:
  • Facilitate connections between patients (or caregivers), research staff, and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication and hand-offs.
  • Support web-based screening and callback program and ensure timely follow-up with patients or community members expressing interest in clinical trials.
