We’re seeking an Residential Remodeling Estimator to join our team. You’ll prepare accurate estimates, coordinate procurement, follow up with customers, and support project oversight. This role reports directly to a skilled Project Manager who provides oversight and hands-on training.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with construction estimating experience who’s ready to grow. With proven performance, you’ll have a clear path to move into either an Estimating Manager or Project Manager role.

This is primarily an office-based role, not a work-from-home position. The right candidate will stay motivated and on task with minimal oversight, and should be comfortable working independently in an office environment—even at times as the only person present.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for remodeling and home improvement projects.

Follow up with customers on outstanding estimates and completed work.

As a Design/Build Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with clients and execute our proprietary four step sales process. You will work closely with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to establish scopes of work, budgets, detailed plans, 3D renderings, material selections, contracts, and be a partner throughout the construction phase of the project.


The Design/Build Consultant provides homeowners with a remodeling experience that goes at their pace, steady and carefully planned at every step, with just the right amount of guidance and collaboration.

What You Need
  • Ability to perform material takeoffs from site conditions and blueprints
  • Track record of managing the client experience from start to finish
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
