Customer Service & Order Dispatch
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Educate customers on the Wonder brand, the Wonder app, and restaurants
- Assist customers with in-restaurant and pick-up orders and payments
- Manage meal-kit deliveries and order accuracy
- Dispatch orders accurately to couriers for delivery or in-store pickup
- Greet guests at the door or outside the entrance, offering a warm and professional welcome

Cleaning & Sanitation
