Sales Partner Responsibilities:

• Promote a customer-centric culture that focuses on building lasting relationships.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and communicate their features and benefits effectively to customers.
• Meet measurable goals, including maximizing units per transaction and average dollar sales.
• Stay informed about current merchandise promotions and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and store maintenance.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and maintain accountability for cash and media at POS registers.
• Seek opportunities for skill enhancement and metric improvement in collaboration with store leaders.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management, demonstrating high standards of work, attendance, and appearance.
