**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversees the receiving, pricing and distribution for the hospital gift shops.
+ Assists in planning, marketing and communicating sales by developing flyers, manages inventory and develops standard operating procedures for the gift shops.
+ Serves as super user of the POS system and coordinates training of volunteers and team members to ensure quality customer service and efficiency.
+ Provides seamless coverage at all locations.
+ Assists with attractive and effective merchandising displays.
+ Maintains adequate supply of gift shop supplies.
+ Responsible for financial components for all shop including daily banking.
+ Assists in maintaining records for gift shops and other administrative support as requested.
+ May travel to other locations.
