The Work:
The Sales Director manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers at new and existing client projects and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

What you need:
+ Minimum 8 years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Outsourcing Services provider with deep expertise in the retail industry
+ Minimum of 8 years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $20M

The Work.
The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Advanced Scheduler Consultant for Retail works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved.
