As a Sales Support associate, you will have the opportunity to support delivering sales plan through selling effectiveness by understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Recover and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to brand standards. Process merchandise to be sales floor ready and maintain the back room. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, marketing placement, and shipment processing as needed. Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Preferred Qualifications & Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
• Excellent communication skills with fellow associates.

• Understanding of general retail practices.
• Flexibility to work holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using safe practices.

• Willingness to spend extended periods on the sales floor.
