About the role

The IT&D Sales Execution Sr. Manager plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within our sales organization by leveraging technology and digital solutions. You will be responsible for understanding the needs of our sales teams, identifying opportunities for technological enhancement, and leading the implementation and optimization of IT and digital tools that directly impact sales execution and performance.

The role needs to drive adoption and extract value out of existing and new Sales solutions and is responsible for the overall business enablement of sales execution via technology. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various functions within and connected to Sales

Your responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable IT and digital roadmaps that enhance sales execution capabilities.
  • Proactively identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within the sales process through technology and digital solutions. Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, sales enablement platforms, mobile sales apps, data analytics dashboards).
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of sales-focused IT and digital projects, including defining scope, developing project plans, managing timelines and budgets, and coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors.
  • Make sure solutions are being used and attribute and measure the business benefit of these solutions
  • Ensure the effective utilization and ongoing optimization of existing sales IT and digital systems. Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices to maintain data integrity. Make sure that there is the right balance between local business needs and adopting global solutions vs adding locally essential needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and provide ongoing support to sales teams on the effective use of IT and digital tools. Create user-friendly documentation and resources.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of IT and digital initiatives on sales execution. Develop and deliver regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external IT and digital vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and value is maximized.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and digital trends relevant to sales execution and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively with IT, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of sales IT and digital solutions.
  • Manage the budget allocated to sales IT and digital initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.


The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in IT or digital roles with a strong focus on sales execution and enablement.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing CRM or Merchandizing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, Accenture NewsPage, Image recognition), sales enablement platforms, or other relevant sales technologies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the challenges faced by sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels within the organization.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a plus.

US salary ranges

USD $161,000.00 - $241,000.00

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. As our brand leader in store, you’re responsible for leading, managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers. We see your store as the centre of a community of AllSaints fans and customers in your surrounding area, who might shop with us in store, online or via a partnership. As brand leader, you’ll take full ownership for delivering the AllSaints experience in your city, supporting any concession partnerships as well as engaging in the community and delivering amazing in-store service.

The role will involve some exceptional time management, resilience, multitasking and determination to ensure that in store customer journey, the financial targets and delivery of business critical updates all happen appropriately.

Leadership of your team of managers and stylists will be a key part of how you spend your time, upskilling and equipping team members with the commercial skills to succeed and deliver sales targets, as well as exceptional service that makes our customers feel amazing.

You’ll also need to be able to build great relationships without relying on hierarchy since you’ll also have the opportunity to influence and partner with any local concessions and your surrounding community.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • You will equip and incentivise your team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies and people updates empowering them to deliver an inspiring in-store experience
  • You hold responsibility for the development of your team. By hosting annual appraisals for all team members, you will recognise and highlight achievements as well as identify areas of improvement, setting the objectives for each individual’s needs
  • Effectively plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promoting our new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
  • You will lead floor walks, occasionally at director level, with full understanding of your business, KPI performance and with reasoning behind any commercial decision
  • With support from your District Manager and the relationships built with brand support, you own all areas of your business. From customer experience, backstage stockroom operations and people policies to payroll, profit protection, health & safety and recruitment - this is your show!
  • One management team - you set the expectations, occasionally stepping into other roles to upskill and present on the spot feedback to drive the business forward
  • With the support of our reporting technologies, you walk our shop floors on a daily basis 'through the eyes of our customers', maximising on all trade opportunities, identifying and reacting to risks at the earliest stage with pace
  • Responsible for ensuring your management and Stylist teams adhere to wardrobe and grooming guidelines and operational excellence - you are a model store, showcasing achievements and the pride of team through our Google platforms
  • Awareness and handling of all employee related matters in store, you will work alongside your people and culture advisor to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner

Pay Range in Bridgewater, New Jersey
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location

Salary Range: $24.70 - $27.80 USD, Plus Monthly Commission

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand’s iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
