Description Position at Pawn 1st We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team$15.25 to $8.00 per hourWe offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process! Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional 5.39 per hour ON TOP OF YOUR HOURLY RATE.Perks and Benefits•Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental, and other voluntary options (eligibility required).•The best working hours in the business. Most stores open at 9AM and close at 6PM; many stores are closed on Sundays.•Our Earned Wage Access* program is available to all employees on the second (2nd) day of employment.
