This role is a strategic, analytical and relationship-driven Retail Media E-Commerce Marketing Manager who elevates our strategy and approach to E-Commerce marketing for our Dairy Foods and Animal Nutrition businesses. This role is pivotal in driving channel growth and delivering optimal business results by developing paid media strategies while ensuring seamless integration with broader omni-channel engagement and digital shelf strategies.

Job Duties:

• Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance for marketing within E-Commerce, shaping and evolving our E-Commerce marketing vision as part of channel reinvention initiatives, in partnership with the business.

The Retail Puller position is a critical role which serves as an intermediary between Retailer personnel and the UL Solutions testing laboratories. The Puller position is responsible for accurately identifying online products and products on store shelves which require testing; as well as procuring / transporting / packaging and shipping of the product.
This part-time role is 100% remote, and an ideal candidate will be located in one of the following areas:
+ Indianapolis, IN;
+ Detroit, MI;
+ Minneapolis, MN;
+ Cincinnati, OH;
+ Milwaukee, WI
The pay rate for this role is $24/hour.
+ Utilize multiple computer programs onsite; and while at store sites, to conduct research on products, such as test history and program parameters
+ Work closely with team members to successfully complete all related product pull requests
+ Establish and maintain cordial and respectful relationships with store associates
+ Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
+ Support program requirements by adhering to the scope, as outlined by the Retailer
+ Maintain weekly reconciliation of expense statements
+ Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

What makes you a great fit:
+ You have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proof of current auto insurance
+ You have a reliable smartphone and computer, capable of communicating routinely and printing documents as needed
+ Previous merchandising experience and/or work in a retail environment
+ A background in apparel or fashion is a plus.
+ You have experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
+ You are well-organized and capable of multi-tasking, to manage various projects simultaneously
+ You can move and/or transport products weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
+ You are a self-starter, dependable in a macro-managed work environment
+ You work with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency
