**Overall Job Summary**
The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and physical inventories, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. Our Retail Sales Consultants earn between $15.65 - $8.06 per hour plus 13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers 62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
