What You'll Do





Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your assigned territoryAudit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products such as TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, and phonesOccasionally partner with team members to complete 2–3-person projects such as appliance or TV installsBuild and maintain positive in-store relationshipsSuccessfully complete your assignments as assigned by your BDS ManagerEnsure that reporting is completed on time from your personal mobile deviceSchedule and complete work per BDS Standards and Expectations (provided during onboardingReceive materials at home or pick up at FedEx and take to retail locations as requestedOther tasks as requested by management

Our client, an integrated media agency, is looking to bring on an experienced Retail Media Network (RMN) Search Specialist with expertise in SKAI. This role can be 100% remote, aligned with EST/CST hours, and is available to start as soon as possible. Overview: We are seeking an experienced RMN Search Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across retail media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel, along with deep knowledge of keyword strategy, campaign pacing, and reporting. A Skai Certification is required, demonstrating advanced skills in retail search management and optimization. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and sponsored product campaigns across retail media platforms, including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Criteo, and others. Manage retail search ad campaigns to align with client goals and KPIs such as ROAS and sales lift. Perform daily campaign pacing and optimizations, managing budgets, keyword bids, bid strategies, bid multipliers, and placement adjustments. Review search term reports regularly to evaluate keyword performance, recommending additions or negatives based on their impact on KPIs. Develop and manage budget forecasts, ensuring appropriate fund allocation across campaigns to maximize results. Aggregate and analyze paid search data for recurring client reports, providing clear and actionable insights. Produce and present client-facing reports on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis, highlighting campaign performance and strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to align search strategies with overall media objectives and broader campaign goals. Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in paid search to continually improve campaign strategies. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably within retail media environments. Skai Certification is mandatory, with demonstrated expertise in leveraging the platform for advanced campaign management. Hands-on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Criteo. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign data and make data-driven optimization recommendations. Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasts, and campaign pacing to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in producing and presenting client reports. JOB SUMMARY

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions. You'll be a key player in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey.

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and leading the solution design to address customer business outcomes (CBO). Operating as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and our Shared Delivery Teams (SDT), you'll ensure proposed solutions are realistic, achievable, and optimize ProServe and/or our partners to maximize CBOs. As a PCA you are a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to address customer challenges. As a technical SME, you will share knowledge within the organization, through mentoring, training, creation of reusable artifacts and process improvements.

Your experience in designing technical solutions within the technology/consulting sector, will equip you with the ability to architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer, translating technical concepts into business value. Your success as a PCA will be linked to impacting the signing of SOWs, and the successful implementation of solutions which achieve CBOs while exceeding customer satisfaction (CSAT) expectations.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud architecture, designing and implementing cloud solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience

• Delivered minimum of 3 enterprise solutions serving 10,000+ users across retail, CPG, or restaurant industries in the past 5 years

• Led technical implementation of at least 3 retail platforms processing 50,000+ daily transactions across e-commerce, POS, and supply chain systems

• Led 3+ enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives engaging with C-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred

• Deep understanding of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies

• Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)

• Expertise in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences as part of pre-sales motion

• History of thought leadership contributions (speaking engagements, whitepapers, patents) that have influenced industry direction

• Experience developing industry-first solutions leveraging emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR) in retail/CPG environments

The base pay for this position ranges from $164,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $284,300/year in our highest geographic market.
