JOB SUMMARY:

The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. • Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares etc.) which include season, color, and quality of product.
• Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.

Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.  

Pay: $15.65 per hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay!  Work today, get paid today! JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries. Sales Associates must help maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor that meets company standards and be able to operate a point-of-sale cash register system to ensure the quality of product and pricing are accurate at the time of purchase. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for verification of till counts, provides accurate cashier transactions, and maintains a balanced cash drawer using a computer-based point-of-sale system.
• Responsible for driving the Roundup initiative by engaging customers and sharing knowledge of the mission it supports.
• Provides excellent Customer Service upholding company values. 
• Provides assistance to customers with questions, concerns, and purchases.
• Responsible for completion of opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor by regularly cleaning and organizing shelves and racks, picking items up off the floor, putting away product from racks, carts, or baskets, as well as putting away returned or unwanted items.
• Provides a safe, clean, organized, and well stocked point of sale, sales floor, and restrooms.
• Initiates Customer Delight/Power Hour calls over intercom to organize and clean sales floor.
• Follows all retail center policies and procedures.
• Follows all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Cross-trains in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required.
• Your job duties may extend beyond the tasks listed and may include additional responsibilities as required.

Education:
