Our client is in need of Network Conversion Technicians to participate in a critical project to upgrade all of the networking equipment in of the client's locations across the country by the end of 2026. The right candidate should have experience working in an IT Support role previous (helpdesk and/or desktop support) and have enough working knowledge of IT hardware/software to be able to work over the phone with a user in an onsite location to walk through the necessary steps to remotely convert from the old network to the new network and conduct test orders to validate the conversion was successful. They will be following a very detailed process with documented steps to follow, and the scripts they are running/automation they are deploying will all be prewritten, so attention to detail and strong ability to explain directions to the onsite contact will be most important.
Shift / Schedule:
This team will be working Monday-Thursday from 1am-11am, with each person expected to convert 3 onsite locations a night (conversions are estimated to take 3 hours).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications :
A. Education: High School Diploma / GED or Associates Degree
B. Experience: Two year of office experience, including data entry and Microsoft Office Programs
