**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Creative, you will be responsible for producing design and marketing materials.
This job is part of the Marketing job function. They are responsible for developing creative that aligns with the organization's image, identity, and brands.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Design both print and internet marketing materials using corporate templates. This includes websites, brochures, floor plans, etc.
+ Ensure artwork and copy are the correct size, type, and style, to follow company branding guidelines.
+ Prepare and provide creative drafts and samples to clients and management for review. Make edits as necessary based on collaborative feedback.
+ Collaborate with clients, managers, art directors, and other project participants to understand the assignment, audience, messaging, and layout.
+ Provide the client with cost estimates on all print material.
+ Maintain local website in Company CMS.
+ Create and update professional, team, and property profiles.
+ Build relationships with external vendors. Research, compare pricing, and recommend new partnerships.
+ Manage marketing project costs and oversee production.
+ Prepare artwork for distribution. Ensure specs and file sizes and formats are printer ready.
+ Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops and reviewing industry publications.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

As an Executive Assistant, you will work across the Data Center Infrastructure organization, specifically supporting Executive leadership in scheduling, travel, action item tracking, coordinating with other leadership and their EAs, and planning virtual and on-site events that include catering and leadership meetings.
We have an immediate need for a driven, detail-oriented, excellent follow-thru Executive Assistant who will work directly with our Senior Vice President and one or two of his leadership team. This is a full-time in-office role ideally based in our Nashville or Seattle offices, although remote flexibility can be considered for the right candidate.
**Responsibilities**

Once established, can work independently, but highly collaborative with Chief of Staff and Business operations, may determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Creates a broad network of colleagues to draw on for information and support.
Provide specific administrative/clerical support. This can include detailed schedule & calendar management, expense report and tracking, travel itinerary and booking, procurement of supplies for new hires and new offices, onsite meeting planning including food arrangements, and office space seating assignment planning.

**Minimum Qualifications: **
10+ years executive and/or office management experience required. 
Anticipating and solving problems proactively is essential. 
Outlook calendar management is critical.
Proficient in desktop applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and Slack messaging tools, etc.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Scope of Job:

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality and integrity of documents in the content management application. This will include assisting in the compliance of record retention policies, safeguarding information and retrieving data more effectively. This position will also serve as backup to the Document Management Administrator. Develop and increase knowledge and responsibilities within the content management solution, which includes working towards personal advancement.

Primary Duties:

Train and serve as back-up to Document Management Administrator for document processing and troubleshooting, which may include extended hours and possible weekends, while exercising critical thinking and independent judgment.

Develop an advanced knowledge of the content management application, processes and related hardware by attending at least 7 webinars or web trainings per year related to Content Management and work towards advancement.

Identify and resolve technical issues onsite or remotely. Serve as a Support contact for content management application. Open work order tickets with IT /Support if needed, and work with technicians and end-users in troubleshooting.

Provide support to Document Management in classifying, archiving and maintaining imaged documents in the electronic document application.

Review and ensure imaged documents meet quality control. Ensure the timely availability of accurate and complete legal electronic records.

Secondary Duties:

Work as a team with departmental counterparts on planning and implementing assigned projects and products.

Participate on various committees and project teams as deemed appropriate by management.

Attend and actively participate in training offered.

Adhere to all applicable Policies and Procedures of BankWest organization.

Requirements

Education:
