Job Description

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakhurst, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with a strong organizational background and a proactive approach to managing executive-level tasks. The role involves overseeing office operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare and export important documents for business operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Take detailed meeting notes and minutes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Facilitate conference calls and ensure all participants have the necessary resources.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, acting as a central point of contact for administrative needs.
- Provide comprehensive support for executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools to create reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Strong proficiency in managing calendars and scheduling complex appointments.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and book travel arrangements for executives.
- Experience in handling documentation related to export-import processes.
- Skilled in taking detailed notes and minutes during meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
