**Responsibilities**
As the Workday Solution Owner:
+ You will provide strategic guidance, planning and best practices to executive leaders to make investment decisions that align with the long-term vision of the organization.
+ You will "bridge the gap" between defining the business needs of the non-technical end users and convey the business needs to the technical resources providing the Workday technical solutions.
+ You will work between the client site staff and their leadership and the Oracle Health leadership and our technical developers providing the technical workflows and solutions.
+ You will act in a project leadership capacity making sure we are meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivering our solutions on time and on budget.
+ You will make sure that the Workday helpdesk is providing timely ticketing solutions according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
+ You will be the resource for managing and resolving Workday related escalations.
+ You will hold a monthly meeting with C-level executives (CFO, HRVP, CIO) on both the client site and Oracle Health leadership to review high-level challenges, health of the Workday initiatives, escalation results, and review metrics and how we are achieving these metrics.
+ You will be responsible for defining the Workday strategic vision and roadmap to continuously improve a broad and diverse suite of technologies, solutions, and services.
+ You will research key business performance indicators and industry trends to proactively propose solutions that are aligned to business objectives, current and emerging business needs.
+ You will create Workday broad architecture standards, policies and procedures as well as provide architectural leadership, guidance, and support for the broader architecture community across the organization.
+ Your responsibilities will include generating project basis of estimates for performance, scalability, sustainability, and maintainability, while also managing the overall Workday architectural roadmap, including prioritizing workflows.
+ You will enable business and IT leaders to make process, data and technology investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise.
+ Finally, you will also maintain accountability throughout the Workday lifecycle architecture, from recommendations to implementation and realization of value. **Basic Qualifications:**
+ At least 7 - 10+ years of Workday experience including but not limited to full-lifecycle design and implementation experience.
+ 3+ years of Workday Solution Architect, or Workday Project Leader, or Workday Solution owner experience.
+ Experience in Workday Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Payroll preferred.
+ Experience in Workday HR / HRIS a plus.
+ Project Management Certification a plus.
+ ITIL Foundations/ Service Management - AXELOS, preferred.
**Expectations**
+ Relocation to Farmington, NM to work on client site preferred.
+ If unable to relocate, Willing to travel up to 50% or as needed.
+ Must work MST work hours in order to cover the client hours.
+ Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations, expanding our supplier base, launching new GPU as well as traditional hardware products, improving internal policy, processes, and tools in support of business growth.
The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze data, formulate clear proposals, and present them effectively to all stakeholders to gain buy-in.
+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.
+ Once approved, take ownership of implementation, providing daily status updates and ensuring timely execution.
+ Demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle criticism constructively.
+ Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
+ Act as a liaison and SME to collaborate with various supply chain, engineering, and cloud operations teams to define requirements, solution design, and implementation of supply chain processes, tools, and automation.
+ Lead and influence cross-functional teams without traditional direct reports, ensuring successful project outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.
+ Preferred proficiency in program/project management, including requirement gathering, team formation, planning, and execution using structure project management methodologies like PMP, Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma (CSSBB).
+ Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI-driven supply chain solutions is a plus.

Supply Chain Analyst
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Procurement & Planning, the Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for overseeing all facets of inventory management and control. This includes ensuring inventory accuracy, managing inventory costs, maintaining quality control standards, and executing regular cycle counts. The role also involves investigating and processing inventory adjustments to support efficient supply chain operations.
Location: Franklin, WI 53132
Schedule: 8 am-5 pm (must be able to work off shift when urgent cases arise)
Pay rate: $34-$40/hr
Duties:
Develop and monitor inventory control procedures across internal and third-party warehouses.
Implement and manage a comprehensive cycle-counting program for raw materials and packaging.
Analyze and reconcile material usage and output quantities across two production facilities.
Investigate consumption variances and produce weekly analytical reports.
Develop and lead initiatives to reduce material waste and improve cost efficiency.
Maintain accurate item masters and bills of materials (BOMs).
Manage weekly production schedules to ensure order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Distribute daily production schedules to manufacturing teams and communicate schedule changes as needed.
Create and enforce procedures for finished product inventory rotation and compliance in shipping.
Train warehouse personnel on accurate inventory transaction processes in collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager.
Provide backup support in purchasing and planning functions, including creating POs, vendor communication, and negotiating terms.
Assist with material management and inventory tracking, including setting reorder minimums.
Participate in required food and personal safety training.
Handle other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and cost management in a food production environment.
Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Clear and adaptable communicator, capable of engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Able to work on-site and within production facilities as needed.
Preferred:
