**Sales Representative**
Become one of our Sales Representative by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays and partnering up with nationally recognized customers such as _Walmart, Ralphs, Target and more._ Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like **Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit** among other delicious industry-leading snacks.
**What are the main responsibilities?**
As our Sales Representative you develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures, including:
+ Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
+ Sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, sources of product and distribution, maintaining schematics and uses, as well as proper merchandising.
+ Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to drive Mondelēz International and customer growth.
+ Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
+ Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away, including from incremental racks and displays, for DSD.
+ Communicate plans and effectively manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. Work in conjunction with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fully stocked, always rotated and presentable; as well as properly credit and dispose of all unsalable merchandise from all stores.
+ Monitor and report on **competitive** activity and document all pricing activities. Be a collaborator between our Customer Business teams and customer's store management.
**What** **can** **you expect from us** **?**
+ The base salary range for this position is $41,400 to $57,825 the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

+ High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking the store's shelves.
+ Live within 30 miles range from the primary location: **Issaquah,** **Washington**
+ Ability to drive to secondary locations: **North Bend, Washington**
+ Full schedule availability required. **Monday - Friday**

The primary responsibilities will include:
The Territory Sales Representative’s primary responsibility is to grow revenue by acquiring, Small Commercial, Independent DSD, Independent 5 gal Retail, On Premise and Small Commercial customers within a designated territory. This includes sourcing and closing new accounts, providing exceptional service and merchandising, expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts, adhering to pricing guidelines, managing account information and working safely. This role is highly interactive and has a strong sales and service focus. Specific accountabilities:
Salary: $60,000 annually plus commission

Sales
- Identify and close new small commercial accounts
- Identify and close new retail accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.
- Identify and close new On Premise and 5 gal retail accounts
- Develops all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
- Solicits placement of equipment, sells sufficient product inventory, and executes promotions; adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines.
- Monitor competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities
Service
- At times, takes inventory and places orders for future delivery to avoid out-of-stocks and reduction of out of-date product
- At times ensure product display areas are clean, well-merchandised, and with proper POS (point-of-sale) materials
- At times, maintain delivery information on all accounts, including receipt of cash/checks
- Anticipate customer needs to maintain proper product inventories
- Provides excellent service to assigned accounts; creates and maintains goodwill with all customers
Safety
- Follow defined safe work practices
- Take ownership of personal safety, and that of co-workers and the public
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2+ years sales/delivery experience
- Strong face-to-face sales/negotiation skills
- Must be able to perform basic financial calculations, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Service-oriented
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different types of weather
- Ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds
