Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer experience. Utilize a proven sales process to discover each customer’s unique sleep needs and lead them through a selection of Sleep Number products that will deliver “the best sleep of their life.”
- Build relationships with customers. Proactively and effectively communicate product features and benefits, as well as promotional information. Provide timely, relevant follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to make a connection with a diverse array of customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude; willingness to represent the brand with integrity at all times.
- Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad, apps); technology engagers and early adopters preferred.
- Able to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Genuine desire to grow and learn, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.
- Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base pay, plus commission and bonus plan
- Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential.
- Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $9,000 - 57,000. The Multi-Store Leader can speak more directly about the store’s historical earnings potential.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast/Xfinity products and services directly to customers in their homes, including Internet, TV, and streaming services, mobile, personal home security services, and Xfinity Voice. Your ability to build rapport and effectively communicate the value of our offerings will be key to your success.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): 74,000 annually
- Potential to exceed commission plan for substantial earnings

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned territories, including new communities and rural areas.
- Engage potential customers with persuasive skills to explain product benefits and make tailored recommendations.
- Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, developers, and property owners to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on product enhancements and employ effective closing techniques.
- Travel as needed within your assigned territory.
- Expand customer base by attending community events to promote Comcast/Xfinity services and build brand and service awareness.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of related sales experience preferred; direct sales experience is a plus
- Effective communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Technical proficiency (computer knowledge, billing systems, sales tracking databases)

- Meet physical requirements, including the ability to walk and travel door-to-door in various weather conditions
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
- The role requires some evening and weekend availability

Job Summary
As Route Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships because you will have direct, face-to-face contact with Arc3's customers on a daily basis as you deliver hard goods and gas cylinders and retrieve empty cylinders by truck on a scheduled route in Radford, VA. The job is physically demanding and time-sensitive, but you will find it very rewarding as you earn our customers' trust by providing consistently exceptional customer service. The work schedule for this position takes place Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Safely and efficiently load, deliver and unload hard goods and cylinders containing compressed gases to customers, and retrieve empty cylinders.
- Maintain load manifests and all other vehicle documents.
- Identify and monitor customers' needs and maintain their desired hard good and cylinder levels to minimize or eliminate the need for emergency deliveries.
- Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Strictly comply with all safety rules and DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain the appropriate drivers' license and endorsements.
- Keep the inside and outside of your truck safe and clean.
- Perform counter sales and assist customers in the store when necessary.
- Warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping, and required paperwork.
- Filling cylinders in the pump room.
- Assist with inventory, housekeeping, showroom displays, and demonstrations as required.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
- Industry and related product knowledge, as well as experience handling compressed gases preferred.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years-old.
- Must meet all physical qualification standards imposed by regulation for truck drivers.
- Excellent oral communication skills, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and ability to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to routinely lift 25 - 75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 100 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures.
- Ability to perform functions during occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling and finger activities. Frequent bending also required.
