**Job Summary:**
Shambaugh is looking for a Service Sales Representative who will be responsible for working with the Service Team to sell Life Safety Service, Preventative Maintenance, and Quote Service Repairs.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Generate Sales for Fire Life Safety Service.
+ Service includes deficiencies from Inspections, Preventative Maintenance, and Service Repairs. The position does not include Inspection Sales.
+ Follow-up on existing Inspection Agreement Customers to verify Preventative Maintenance is being conducted as required.
+ Quote deficiencies that are generated from Life Safety Inspections no later than 48 hours after the Inspection has been completed.
+ Look at work requested, assemble a material list while onsite, and create a proposal for customer
+ Prepare written quotes with scopes detailing services being provided.
+ Follow-up with customers in a timely manner to ensure sale is captured.
+ Assist customers of the phone with Emergency Situations along with Customer Service for Technical Questions.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Assist Service Manager, Coordinator, and other Sales Personnel as needed.
+ Ability to multi-task and handle many projects.
+ Flexibility with schedule changes or a daily basis.
+ Professional Attire required for position.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Knowledgeable of NFPA Fire Protection codes.
+ Proven record of sales capabilities.
+ Experience in Fire Sprinkler Design a plus.
+ Life Safety Knowledge preferred with a focus in Sprinkler & Fire Alarm.
+ Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
+ Must be disciplined and self-motivated to work with limited supervision.
+ Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player.
+ Believe that customer service is the first priority.
+ Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
+ Able to multi-task, manage processes, decision make, and improve processes.
+ Flexible with schedule changes or a daily basis.

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering value to customers? Patterson Companies is seeking a **Territory Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll manage a defined territory, partnering with dental practices to provide innovative solutions across a portfolio of over 140,000 products-from everyday consumables to advanced technology and capital equipment. You'll have the opportunity to grow your territory, collaborate with internal and external partners, and make a meaningful impact on the success of your clients. We are hiring sales reps in the following markets: **Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, and Hawaii**
**Essential Functions**
+ Developing a "practice partner" mentality with Doctors and staff by analyzing business needs, discussing benefits and features of equipment and technology solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, explaining return on investment and tax advantages, and discussing emerging trends in the dental industry.
+ Being well versed on Patterson products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information.
+ Maintaining accurate records for prospects, customer orders, sales records, and other financial activity.
+ Other duties related to the Territory Sales Representative position.
**Job Qualifications**
What background and experience is needed as a Territory Sales Representative?
+ Bachelor's degree in any related field and 3 to 5 years of business to business outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
+ A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills.
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate are required.
+ Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals is a plus.
+ General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required.
+ You must also possess a valid driver's license.
+ 3+ years of dental industry experience preferred.
