Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base pay, plus commission and bonus plan
- Guaranteed base pay of $15.25/hour, plus uncapped commissions, and monthly bonus incentives, driven by a pay-for-performance compensation plan that rewards your success through unlimited earning potential.
- Most team members will earn a total annual compensation package of $9,000 - 68,000. The Multi-Store Leader can speak more directly about the store’s historical earnings potential.

Through our experienced project management, engineering, qualified rigging superintendents, operated crane and rigging services, specialized lifting and hauling equipment, and strategic warehouse locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate targeted accounts
- Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives
- Prospect and qualify warm leads
- Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs
- Create and deliver solutions and proposal presentations to customer’s decision-making team
- Develop the potential solutions, estimate and prepare tailored proposals
- Build out in depth and accurate estimates for various scopes of work

SUMMARY: The outside sales representative is responsible for growing and developing the sales and margins of company's slab/countertop product lines with the fabricator/retailer/dealer network; located within an assigned geographic territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory.
2. Assist customers by providing knowledge and training company products to their store personnel, to ensure personnel is able to present product and negotiate well with consumers.
3. Understand our products, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors.
4. Increase penetration and growth of market-share with our targeted customers and products.
5. Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.
6. Understand retail business financials to consult with dealers on retail pricing, advertising, promotions and ROI.
7. Quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales contracts for customer orders.
