We're a sales-based team seeking sharp, creative individuals who are comfortable engaging with customers in your assigned territory, speaking with decision-makers, and generating sales. In this role, you'll ensure products are available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers and becoming an ambassador for world-famous brands. You will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. The Position:

The Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will promote our branded products as well as additional brands. The primary call point will be Endocrinology, Primary Care and Women's Health. Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Calling on assigned territory healthcare providers and informing those healthcare providers about the features and benefits of our products, explaining the characteristics, uses, dosages, value add programs for our HCP's and their patients as well as the ability to effectively communicate other relevant educational information as directed by management in order to grow market share
- Consistently develop a partnership selling style that includes an ability to use all available promotional literature and selling tools (excel based reports, market share & usage reports, etc,) during sales calls as assigned.
- Educate, develop, and maintain strong relationships with assigned territory healthcare providers and their staff, to further the progress of the company business
- Continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor product knowledge by completing required training courses, working with your managers, and reviewing available information provided by the product management team and/or Acella Pharmaceuticals medical affairs team.
Basic Requirements:
- Candidate must have minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from a four year accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Must be authorized to be employed in the United States and must have a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills also required

+ Sell parts to external and account customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
+ Ensure all parts movements are performed in SAP in a timely manner.
+ Keep repair orders updated in Service Link.
+ Initiate all retail orders possible in Parts link.
+ Ensure that all sales are properly documented per Rush policies to include but not limited to signatures, information on checks and credit card slips.
+ Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
+ Responsible for core returns - per procedure.
+ Complete all customer and vendor returns-per procedure.
+ Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
+ Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
+ Solicit assigned accounts by phone.
+ Participate in Dealership CSI and marketing.

**Pay Ranges**
27,669.00 - 58,865.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
