Our Merchandisers:

Safely operate a commercial vehicle and diligently perform all duties in a safe manner, including vehicle inspections.

Efficiently manage customer base within established route with an average of 50+ stops per day.

Use application based handheld system to key transactions and manage customer data.

Manage inventory and balance daily route activities.

Complete service calls and resolving customer issues to help develop relationships with our customers.

Protect company assets, including collection of equipment and customer payments.

Identify opportunities to acquire new long-term customers to support route growth and ability to upsell our current products.
Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older.

CDL Class B license

Ability to adhere to Primo Water Motor Vehicle Policy.

Ability to meet ongoing federal DOT physical requirements and testing.

Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.

Customer service & some sales experience preferred.

Must be able to safely lift bottles and equipment weighing up to 60 lbs.

Ability to climb stairs.

Some traveling required based on company needs.

Position Purpose:
The position’s purpose is to win new, large, strategic customer accounts for ESS.
Primary Duties /Responsibilities:
- Develop a plan for winning customers identified as priorities by the Strategy & Growth Manager as it aligns with the overall VNA & Corporate Strategies.
- Identify additional leads and opportunities.
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to creative customer solutions to client onboarding using consultative-selling techniques.
- Prepare strategic presentations and collateral for prospects (with help from Corporate/Marketing and Sales Operations).
- Record prospect evolution and entire sales cycle in Salesforce for owned prospects and won accounts.
- Engage with prospects to move the sales process along with exploratory meetings, quotes & proposals, to the point of execution of contract.
- Work with Account Manager and Technical Customer Advisor upon close of sale to start developing transition plans and build relationships.
- Create an initial account plan and manage handover to account management
- Other responsibilities at the direction of the Strategy & Growth Manager.

- Several years experience in the hazardous waste industry within Veolia, a customer or competitor or similar business
- A background and track record of growth in sales/account management
- Technical knowledge/ experience of waste transport, disposal and recycling
- Preferred degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

Targeted Annual Pay Range: Minimum of $95000 to a maximum of $11000

They work with engineering firms, developers, contractors, and municipalities to promote growth of Airvac technology. They display strong communication and responsiveness along with a team approach to grow sales revenue in multiple vacuum technology markets. They travel approximately 60% of the time.Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively develops and sustains meaningful relationships with both potential and existing clients in a multistate region.
- Utilizes various methods including social media platforms, cold calling, and attendance at trade shows, to identify and locate new clients.
- Remains proficient in public speaking and comfortable conveying ideas to groups.
- Applies comprehensive knowledge of the field and product features to precisely match products with the unique needs of clients.
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.

Required Skills

- Experience with a consulting engineering firm and familiarity with Airvac products is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively write and/or present information professionally, and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to work as a team in a collaborative environment as well as individually.
- Software proficiency to include Windows and Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience preferred.
