What are the main responsibilities?
As our Sales Representative you develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products, sales systems, and procedures, including:
+ Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
+ Sales objectives, campaigns and promotions, sales brochures and order guides, sales presentations, sources of product and distribution, maintaining schematics and uses, as well as proper merchandising.
+ Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to drive Mondelēz International and customer growth.
+ Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
+ Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered to support consumer take away, including from incremental racks and displays, for DSD.
+ Communicate plans and effectively manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. Work in conjunction with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fully stocked, always rotated and presentable; as well as properly credit and dispose of all unsalable merchandise from all stores.
+ Monitor and report on **competitive** activity and document all pricing activities. Be a collaborator between our Customer Business teams and customer's store management.
What can you expect from us?
+ The base salary range for this position is $41,400 to $57,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
+ In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
Who is a good fit?
+ Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
+ Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking the store's shelves.
+ Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: **Warner Robins, GA**
+ Ability to drive to secondary locations: **Dublin, GA**
+ Full schedule availability required.

- Greeting and assisting customers that come into the store day-to-day.

- Compiling quote sheets for customers.

- Assisting to keep inventory properly tagged and itemized.
- Educate customers of proper wheel and tire care.

Responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of all Beverage South (GA/SC) products within assigned territory and account base. NATURE AND SCOPE
The Sales Representative reports directly to the Area Sales Manager. This position must obtain increased sales & market share through identifying opportunities, strong customer rapport, professional selling skills and quality service. This position should regularly review route efficiencies, relay pertinent competitive information to management and be proactive with sales, marketing and package strategies.
Performance is measured by achievement of sales, distribution, quality and display goals as set by management. In addition, territory & time management, planning skills, selling skills, personal presentation, administration, customer service, product rotation, quality and execution against shelf management and POS standards will be measured.

- Develops, mentors and manages driver servicing account base. This is done in effort to improve skills, information & teamwork, ultimately resulting in superior service and retail execution.
- Utilize data, marketing data, hand held & build sheet data, as well as, strategic planning to ensure proper forecasting, pre-selling and inventory levels. This maximizes effective distribution and eliminates over stock, out of stock and out of date situations.

Sales Representatives will also transport samples of products for presentations. This role is responsible for growing sales of residential and commercial building materials to existing customers while attracting new customers.
