ABOUT THE ROLE

Manufacturing-ASR sales staff drive sales helping retailers/communities connect with the Cavco Plant City brands, understand the product offerings, engage in the purchase decision, and facilitate the order and the delivery of the manufactured home.

The ASR is accountable for direct to B2B retail sales working with retailers and communities to understand Cavco products and ensure a quality, satisfying sales experience. He/she assists the general manager with sales center inventory, reorder process, training, and review of staff. This role works independently executing process steps, conducting analysis, problem solving and delivering recommendations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Possess strong negotiation skills
  • Prospecting to develop new points of distribution (NPD)
  • Visit retailers and communities to evaluate needs, promote product, service sales and follow-up.
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
  • Answer questions about products, prices, availability.
  • Quote prices
  • Contact new or existing to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
  • Emphasize product features, based on analyses of needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
  • Assist in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree (in Marketing or Business preferred) or equivalent relevant, related experience
  • Minimum of 2- 5 years related experience with progressive sales responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical aptitude
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be creative, strong presentation skills and a self-starter
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills

Job Description

The Commercial Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing, managing, and executing a client's business plan using the provided tools, methods, and processes to achieve maximum client satisfaction, sales and profitability.

The hourly range for this role is minimum wage up to $36.00.

This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and successfully execute a personal sales plan to retain current and obtain new commercial tire account business
  • Develop and implement client business plans to aid the Store in exceeding its annual sales goals
  • Facilitate clear and open communications between clients and Store operations on requests, concerns, safety awareness, order/service fulfillment, etc.
  • Manage and execute client account analysis, prepare, and present client proposals/quotes, provide additional reporting requirements, or respond to special client projects
  • Perform fleet inspections at client sites and make recommendations for services to meet client needs and objectives
  • Track and document regular updates on daily work and client activity in Telenotes according to Monro's policy and procedures
  • Keep current with industry changes in products and services and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Monro's offerings and client base
  • Responsible for fully understanding competitive developments, and effectively convey Monro's value proposition vs. competitors to current and potential clients
  • Responsible for working with Collections Admin to ensure assigned customers are paying in a timely manner and any disputes are quickly and satisfactorily resolved
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding required sales growth and profit margin within designated sales territory
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Management Responsibility

The Commercial Outside Sales Representative is an individual contributor to the team and operates under the general direction of the Commercial Store Manager

Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 3 years business to business sales experience, or a minimum of 3 years Retail Tire Store customer service experience; commercial tire industry sales experience preferred

  • Ability to project a positive image of the company to customers, and effectively communicate verbally and in writing with a variety of internal and external customers
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities to meet established deadlines and goals

  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

+ Successfully learn and sell all Aftermarket products and offerings, to include but not limited to, Parts, Service, Contract Maintenance, technology innovation products, and Rush's RushCare offerings (Service Connect and PartsConnect).
+ Competence in systematic selling, which includes pre-call planning, investigating sales opportunities, offering Rush specific solutions, and closing business sales.

Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prefer Bachelors' degree from an accredited university or college.
+ Experienced in business to business sales, or within our industry preferred.
+ Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
+ Gain literacy and competency of Microsoft Dynamics 360 (CRM) to pre-call plan, document sales strategy, manage all accounts sales activity.
+ Capable of managing an assigned Book of Business (BOB), which will include 40-50 accounts.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
You'll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers - and with that comes the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers at the time and place that enhances the personalized sales interactions you create. You'll close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions - keeping customers connected to what matters most to them.
How you get the job done:
+ We'll kick things off with paid training -setting you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy
+ You'll meet with potential customers daily. AT&T will pre-schedule interactions, so you have the opportunity to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.

Key expectations to succeed:
+ Some prior sales experience - preferably in an environment with set targets
+ Maintain a valid driver's license-be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for **official business use only**
+ Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline -this includes evenings, weekends and holidays
+ Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
