**Our** **Kelly Education Strategic Account Director** **is accountable for:**
+ Developing and advancing strong strategic relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs.
+ Proactively identifying and implement work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the customer experience.
+ Overseeing a team who are responsible for the temporary workforce including, but not limited to, turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co-employment, sexual harassment investigations, acting as appropriate.
**Essential Skills & Experience:**
+ Successful creation and maintenance of high-level strategic client relationships
+ Management of P&L
+ Has a depth of working operational knowledge on total supply chain
+ History of success in account strategy and management
+ 10 years of high-level client account management, team leadership, and operations experience within the staffing, HR, or related industry and 5 years of required people leadership experience
Must be able to travel locally up to 20% locally for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events. Hold a Valid US Drivers license in good standing.

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. **Qualifications**
+ Must have a Bachelors Degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age.
