We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategic Operations & Analytics Specialist with our sales team to drive key organizational initiatives and performance improvement efforts. This role blends strategic project management, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term goals such as the Annual strategic alignments with various product lines, Danfoss Leap 2030 strategy, and DCS NAM sales strategy
This is a fully remote position, ideally for someone located in the Central or Eastern time zones of the United States, Canada or Mexico. Relocation will not be considered for this position.

o Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives like the Annual Governance Wheel, Vector and Leap 2030 using structured project management methodologies.

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $100,000 to $124,000.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in a strategic business development role with closing experience (B2B sales experience is preferred)
  • Extensive prospecting experience and proven track record of success in business development positions

As an Internet Sales Representative, you’ll be the digital bridge between the dealership and our customers—helping customers make confident, informed decisions from the comfort of their homes.

The Internet Sales Rep's job is to nurture our inbound prospects by guiding them through a simple needs analysis exercise using the DARCARS Approach to Sales, providing dealership and product information, answering their questions, and linking them with a responsive in-store sales manager who will then further navigate their path to purchase. As an Internet Sales Rep, you must ensure follow up and provide an exceptional experience with every interaction.

For this role, you'll need:

--Sell and develop business related to polished concrete flooring

--Need someone to take this to commercial clients, manufacturing companies, distribution/warehouses

--Person needs to grow the business. develop potential customers, and knock on doors

--Develop a strong social media presence and marketing materials

--Go to sites and do initial measurements of areas so proper quotes can be given

--Eventually learn how to quote this properly with correct profit margins

--Look for new opportunities for use of this technology--it is just taking off

Desired Qualities and Experience;

--Prefer someone with 3-5 years of solid Sales and Business Development experience

--Prefer someone who has called upon businesses and maintenance personnel previously

--Need someone who is hands-on enough to relate well with appropriate contacts in commercial businesses

--Would love to have someone who is willing to go in and learn the business and actually do some of the work periodically to know all details of the work

--No certain degree is required. Some previous type of construction experience would be great.

--Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements a must
