Client is looking for a Sales Performance Analyst who can support activities for our Sales teams, help our business leaders better understand our business, and product efficacy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive working within a complex process environment that is not fully mature while being able to positively manage situations of a dynamic nature: Oversee sales operations workflow and process for WMC. Able to data manage including auditing and resolving data integrity issues. Manage best practices for sales reporting and analytics. Provide training and be the subject expert of SFDC for WMC Sales team. Exceptional follow-through, and be administratively strong in process management. Focused on continuous improvement, identify opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process; and provide recommendations and solutions to business challenges. Be a great team player and collaborator. Digital Advertising company background and knowledge of advertising, media, adtech, and marketing preferred. Qualifications: BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required. 4+ years operational (Account Management, Campaign Management, Sales Ops, Biz Ops or Finance). Expertise in Excel, SFDC, Tableau or any dashboarding/BI tools. Can operate in complex environments. Has strong communication/interpersonal skills and is able to build relationships and influence cross-functionally. Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, you will work within an engagement team to design, implement, and optimize Sales Performance Management solutions to drive sales effectiveness and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Helping companies maximize the return for their digital sales enablement and sales operations infrastructure investment
+ Working with Sales and Operations leaders to deliver the best-in-class services for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting digital sales technology tools
+ Preparing for and leading Discovery workshops to document and validate detailed user stories
+ Addressing sales planning and/or sales compensation issues across different business sectors
+ Offering end-to-end solutions including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support
+ Acting in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of other colleagues
+ Responsible for business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
+ Contributing to the internal development of our practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting

Qualifications
Required
+ Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Consultant, or Compensation Analyst for a mid-to-large sized organization; or, direct consulting experience
+ Minimum of four (4) years of experience designing and configuring solutions in Anaplan, Varicent, Pigment, or SAP Commissions
+ Ability to travel at least 50% of the time on average based on the work you do and the clients and industry/ sectors you serve
+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
+ Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA)
Preferred
+ Previous "Big 4" experience
+ Experience implementing other SPM platforms (Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, Xactly, Captivate IQ)
+ Advanced degree in related specialization area

As Global Sales Performance & Governance Project Manager you will drive support initiatives related to evaluating portfolio and pipeline performance and orchestrate global harmonization projects across diverse geographical regions, optimizing processes and fostering collaboration. **How you create impact**
+ Lead global SP&G initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and strategies while managing a team.
+ Promote the utilization of KN Global Services (KNGS) for routine tasks to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**What we would like you to bring**

+ Operational knowledge of Finance and PDM impacts on Sales Systems, Advanced level Excel applications and HR flows.
+ Experience with stakeholder management, designing and implementing global processes and developing and delivering training content.
+ Proficiency with relevant systems and tools, i.e. SPMS & KPMS, CoreLog, Business Objects and Tableau.
+ A Bachelors' degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
The Global Sales Performance & Governance Project Manager will interface daily with stakeholders across geographic regions. There is not a specific requirement for candidate location. Proximity to major international travel hub preferred.
