In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating communications between clients and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a professional phone manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for sales, service, or consultations
- Answer incoming calls and respond to scheduling inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled appointments in CRM or scheduling software
- Coordinate with internal staff to avoid conflicts and maximize efficiency
- Send confirmation emails or texts and follow up with reminders
- Track and report on appointment metrics (e.g., scheduled vs. completed)
- Perform basic administrative tasks and support the office team as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, admin support, or appointment setting
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using phone systems, calendars, and CRM/scheduling tools
- Professional, friendly, and results-oriented
- Experience in a remote or call center environment
- Familiarity with tools like Calendly, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Bilingual skills are a plus

- Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units
- Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines
- Service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps
- Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems
- Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design
- Ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations by maintaining detailed maintenance records
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards
The Commercial HVAC Serviceman Service Technician Position offers:

What youll do:
As a Commercial HVAC Serviceman Service Technician , you understand the importance of providing expert and quality service. We are looking for an individual who has:
- Inspect and maintain air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical malfunctions in heating and cooling units
- Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC equipment, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines
- Service refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, ice machines, gas packs, and heat pumps
- Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems and adjust internal control systems
- Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in HVAC system planning and design
- Ensure compliance with City, State, and EPA regulations by maintaining detailed maintenance records
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with management to support safety and operational standards
The Commercial HVAC Serviceman Service Technician Position offers:

As a Commercial HVAC Serviceman Service Technician, you understand the importance of providing expert service and quality. We are looking for an individual who has:
- 2+ years practical working experience in the HVAC Industry
- Ability to Push / Pull / Lift 50lbs
- Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat of extended period of time, climb a ladder, and the ability to work on rooftop
- High School Diploma/GED
- Posses and maintain valid and current Drivers License and be insurable by the companys insurance carrier
- Must either be a current union member or willing to join a union
Other experience and qualities you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Basic understanding of building automation controls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Salesforce and ServiceMax is a plus
