Purpose:
The Technical Sales and Service Rep (TSSR) will be responsible for applying sales strategies to grow CC’s Aqua Filtration System (AFS) business at new and existing customer sites. The TSSR will also be responsible for performing CC services at customer facilities. Service responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: replacement of AFS filter media, general troubleshooting of the AFS unit, and placement/replacement of the AFS unit when necessary.
Specific Duties:
- Responsible for engaging in and promoting safe work behaviors in a manner that is consistent with all CC safety guidelines
- Responsible for all Aqua Filtration Services (AFS) sales, service, growth and new business development within a specific branch geographic territory
- Aligns work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
- Inspects vehicle and equipment for safe operation
- Pursues additional services with existing accounts
- Achieve sales expectations for unit placement, total revenue and new customer development.
- Service and maintain all existing and new AFS customers.
- Assesses potential customer needs, presents CC products and services to customers, and develops new customers
- Develops sales leads for Data-Marketing
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and neatly
- Work with branch personnel to maximize AFS lead potential at current and new customers.
- Maintains compliance with all applicable Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
- Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental, health, & safety (EHS), human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Position Qualification Requirements:

- Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds CC’s published standards including, but not limited to the following;
- Seat belt and cell phone violations
- Excessive speeding
- DUI, suspension and/or multiple vehicle collisions
Personal Protective Equipment*:
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
Physical Requirements*:
- Frequent lifting of five-gallon buckets of up to 30lbs in weight
- Frequent pushing and pulling of AFS units and Parts washing units of up to 250lbs

Work Environment:
While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive frequently, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment. The average annual earning potential for this position is $50,000 - $75,000, and includes benefits such as the following:

- Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.

- Actively promotes Ready-to-Mount units (RTM), Build to Order units (BTO), Stake Bodies (SX), and Parts sales to customer base.
- Facilitates all quote requests generated from sales calls.
- Establishes consistent pattern of in-person sales calls.
- May require occasional use of company parts delivery truck and/or personal vehicle to delivery parts to customer's establishments.
- May require overnight stays from time to time.
- Recommend additional replacement orders for parts inventory based on customer and market demand.
- Actively participates in SIOP and Staff & Production weekly calls.
- Keeps abreast of company product updates, changes in technology and industry trends.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Associate's degree, Trade or Technical School preferred.
- Relevant sales internship experience OR 1-5 years of professional experience in a similar sales-related role.
- In-depth knowledge of the trailer/truck body industry preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trailer/truck body parts and their applications preferred.
