**Responsibilities:**
+ Develop sales plan with channel partner to ensure the revenue goals.
+ Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews. (P&L, BS and other financial and market data).
+ Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance per week, month and quarter. (Revenue, GP and sold units)
+ Manage monthly forecasts for a 30/60/90/120-day period, and measure forecast by partner and product each month against actual supply/demand for accuracy.
+ Review supply & demand forecast and accuracy with SCM manager who owns overall supply/demand forecast data collection for overall channel.
+ Update Sales activity reports (CRM reports, visits, events, business plans, trainings, pipeline and forecast).
+ Identify market opportunities and develop channel coverage plan of territory for Fujifilm product segment and develop action items to increase partner coverage.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within each partner - executive, sales, marketing, procurement, technical support (pre and post sales), and finance so that manage relationships to maximize Fujifilm's business through partners.
+ Leverage Inside Sales resources (if available) to assist in management of targeted partners and all partners in the territory.

You, Regional Sales Manager, are responsible for managing sales of X-Rite's CPM (Consumer Products and Materials) solutions in Great Lakes region to drive growth in the territory in a variety of segments including plastics, coatings, textile, and automotive industries.
**The critical roles and responsibilities include:**
+ **Growth in territory** using the land expand and upgrade approach ie develop strategies for acquiring new accounts, expansion in existing accounts and defending the current install base.
+ **Territory Planning** : Segment customers and develop specific strategies for each customer segment for sustainable growth
+ **Prospecting:** Identify and call on prospective customers, provide technical expertise, product information and demonstrations to nurture potential customers.
+ **Value Selling** : Identify and interpret customer needs and answer questions to assist in the selection, application, and operation to provide the best solution of color measurement
+ **Forecasting and Funnel Management** : Regularly update CRM to maintain an accurate funnel and monthly forecast. Follow funnel management standard work and update customer records and profiles as per the ongoing commercial initiatives.
+ **Trends:** Support Marketing and Product Management by providing solid market intelligence, forecasting future customer buying activity and industry trends.
+ Attend and support X-Rite national and regional industry trade shows
+ The expected travel requirement is approximately 60% of the time (within territory).
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ BS or BA degree in business, electrical, mechanical, color science or other technical fields with two to five years sales experience.
+ Direct selling experience in a business-to-business environment
+ Experience with salesforce.com and other tools to update opportunities, customer records and profiles as well as sales activities.
+ Based in the Mid West/ Great Lakes region.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $5,000 - 100,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Commission Pay.

**Job Summary**
The District Sales Manager is responsible for managing a defined staff within assigned district to ensure efficient and profitable direction to the achievement of District and assigned Branch goals. Responsible for maintaining and advancing established accounts, as well as developing new accounts by regularly contacting dental offices within a specific district while keeping cultural and strategic alignment with the branch manager.

+ Sales Planning: Develops short and long term business goals. Actively seeks information regarding Patterson products and services, competitive intelligence and industry information. Analyzes customer's business for needs and selling opportunities
+ Equipment and Technology Sales: Coordinates with other Patterson sales professionals to demonstrate and sell equipment and technology. Proactively seeks opportunities to discuss equipment and technology solutions based on specific customer needs and emerging trends in the dental industry. Clearly explains benefits and features of equipment and technology solutions specific to the interests and needs of the customer. Communicates financial benefits of equipment purchases such as return on investment and tax advantages
+ Customer Relations: Assure effective customer relations. Responds to customer queries, answers questions and solves problems in a timely fashion. Holds client relationship meetings to monitor satisfaction levels with Patterson's service and support and illustrates all of the value-added services provided
+ Manages direct reports including the hiring, development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties
+ Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow established business policies, practices, and Company's Code of Conduct to create a supportive and productive working environment
**Job Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Candidates must possess one of more of the following:
+ Four year degree
+ Three or more years of experience in business to business sales
+ Three or more years of experience in the dental industry
+ Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
