- New Product Launches: Plan new-item set-ups (content, compliance, logistics), review packaging readiness, and execute launch playbooks.
- Solve problems fast: Triage case logs (Brand Registry, compliance, listing suppressions, LBB), escalate smartly, and close the loop.
- Reporting : Create executive-ready reporting—weekly dashboards and QBRs—paired with sharp PowerPoint presentations that synthesize results, insights/learnings, and explicit “asks” (actions, owners, timelines) to drive decision-making and accountability.
- Cross Functional Partnership: Work with Ops, Creative, Finance, and leadership to hit revenue, margin, and service-level goals.
What you’ll bring
- 3–5+ years managing Amazon (Seller Central experience mandatory) and at least one of TikTok Shop or Walmart Marketplace for a CPG brand or agency.
- Hands-on with Seller Central/Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, and TikTok Shop; comfort with Brand Registry, tickets, and flat files.
- Strong grasp of marketplace KPIs (ACOS/TACoS, ROAS, Buy Box %, OOS rate, CVR) and levers that move them.
- Working knowledge of inventory planning (FBA/WFS), promo calendars, and catalog hygiene (attributes, duplicates, parent/child).
- Analytical chops in Excel/Sheets (lookups, pivots) and familiarity with tools like Helium 10/Jungle Scout/Perpetua/Quartile (or similar).
- Clear, concise communication; proactive ownership; ability to thrive in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.
- PowerPoint expertise with ability to present strategy, results, and clear insights.
Nice to have
- Experience in Walmart Connect and Amazon DSP coordination.

- Fix critical listing issues; stabilize top-line KPIs and in-stock.
- Stand up weekly reporting and a promo/launch calendar aligned to brand goals.
