This position's typical schedule is 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and/or weekends.
During the program, you will collaborate with store management to oversee a million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of that store. - Complete training consistent with established program

What You'll DoOur Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility of a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates will also participate in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation, while focusing on the customers' needs to achieve sales goals.

General Work Expectations:Guide the Customer through our award-winning BRAND EXPERIENCE to make authentic connections
Customer-obsessed, leading with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge to advise style and fit, influence with moments that matter
Cash Wrap/Cashier: use our modern store technology (ie: POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication) to be well-informed on company priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services
Maintain maurices' visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what's new and what's already on the floor; contribute to the completion of omni order fulfilment processes including in-store and curbside pick-up
Position Requirements:At least 16 years of age
A willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
Goal/Achievement oriented
Some technical aptitude
Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, while working through competing priorities
Ability to work a flexible schedule
