Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Our Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $15.65 - $7.53 + up to 13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers 62,460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Job Requirements
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in areas listed below:
• Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team.
• Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with our customers to help them experience the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions.
• Effectively leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp’s products and services.
• Actively develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies.
• Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet the customer’s needs.
• Self-directed and proactive in navigating sales campaigns, cultivating customer relationships, and responding to customer needs.
• Ability to travel within the area/market mentioned in this posting on a regular basis (local commuting from residence).
Education
• Bachelor's degree or additional equivalent work experience.
The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $193,885 - 250,910 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
