We are looking for part time Sales Representative who will promote products, share knowledge an put their selling to the test when engaging with consumers.
**Hourly Wage:**

**Program locations/dates/schedule:**

+ Primarily on-site in a retail environment, standing up to 10 hours per day
+ May require lifting of heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Customer Engagement** : Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing knowledgeable guidance on specific roadshow products.
+ **Product Expertise** : Demonstrate knowledge of roadshow products educating and illustrating key features and benefits to consumers.
+ **Consultative Selling** : Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs, lifestyle requirements, and budget, helping them make informed decisions.
+ **Sales Goals** : Meet and exceed roadshow sales goals and performance targets by effectively communicating product value and closing sales.
+ **Product Demonstrations** : Provide hands-on demonstrations highlighting key features, and product quality.
+ **Order Processing** : Guide customers through the order process, filling out the appropriate forms for smooth check out experience.
+ **Roadshow Display Setup & Teardown:** Work with store personnel to locate event materials in back area of warehouse and receive direction on where the display area is to be located. Setup booth area according to previously communicated directions and assist with teardown and packing once the roadshow concludes.
+ **Store Maintenance** : Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the display area and sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications** :
+ Proven experience in retail or sales, knowledge of the Costco working environment is a plus.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
+ Ability to learn and retain product information quickly and explain complex details simply.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- At least 5 years of o utside B2B sales experience in packaging, corrugated or a related field.
- Experience mentoring or leading a sales team and motivate them to achieve sales targets
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Business and financial acumen, particularly in the areas of analysis, pricing, forecasting, market trends and budgeting
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in corrugated packaging sales in the agriculture or produce markets in California.
- Knowledge of the packaging sector, manufacturing processes and design
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role
- Experience with P&L analysis
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field with preference in business, marketing, finance, management, or related field
- Completion of a formal sales training program or demonstrated experience with leading teams in successful sales process
For this role, we anticipate paying $ 170,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
