**Job Summary**
The Representative of the Sanford Health will provide effective and efficient handling of phone calls from or to Sanford Health members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Quickly assess the level of complexity of cases and provide resolution or facilitate escalation of phone call inquiries. Provides positive, consistent customer experiences by striving for excellence in understanding and resolving specific requests while showing patience, empathy, compassion and sincerity. Responds to customer questions via inbound and outbound telephone calls and written correspondence.
Partners with other Sanford Health departments as needed to coordinate on inquiries requiring in depth research to ensure customer satisfaction regarding member and provider questions. Thoroughly documents interaction for accurate tracking and analysis. Promote the usage of self-service to callers as appropriate. Provide end-user support including navigational questions, basic system issue resolution (e.g., self-service), and escalation as applicable. Highlight opportunities to address common inquiries through existing or new self-service functionalities. Identify opportunities to address common inquiries through improved knowledge management system content and improved methodologies.
Ensure compliance with all corporate data administration rules, data security standards, as well as Sanford Health policies and procedures. Follow all Customer Service policies, processes and guidelines. Ability to deliver high quality customer service consistently in a professional manner. Ability to follow strict policy guidelines. Ability to deal effectively with dissatisfied customers. Strong communication skills. Flexibility to accommodate staff scheduling changes. Strong customer service focus. Strong interpersonal and listening skills. Ability to handle multiple customer requests in a timely manner. Attention to detail (particularly with entering data). **Qualifications**

Job Summary
The lead cardiac technician serves as the team point of contact and expert resource for questions throughout the day. Conducts a wide range of non-invasive cardiac tests, under direct supervision, for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Oversees the department scheduling and assists management in payroll and employee evaluation input due to being a direct resource for electrocardiogram (EKG) employees. Responsible for the support of EKG systems and assists in coordinating the expansion of EKG services and plays a key role in overseeing EKG software workflows. Maintains communication with management. Handles assisting with ordering of supplies/med gases for EKG/RT. Qualifications
High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a cardiac technician required.
Knowledge of basic cardiac anatomy and physiology. Working knowledge of basic and intermediate life threatening cardiac rhythms, special equipment used in cardiac testing, computers, and medical terminology.
Must meet one of the following criteria dependent on facility needs as it may vary by needs:
1. Possess Certified Cardiographic
2. Associate’s degree in a health science field
3. Three years’ experience as a cardiac technician
4. Obtains Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) certification within one year into position
5. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.

**Job Summary**
The Cardiac Technician conducts a wide range of non-invasive cardiac tests, under direct supervision, for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Performs cardiac tests and monitors patient heart functions using diverse cardiology equipment. As needed per department, employees place electrodes correctly for an electrocardiogram (EKG) machine or telemetry (holter) monitoring and operate machines correctly. Checks, calibrates, and maintains cardiology equipment to ensure proper operation and accurate test results. Provides care and counseling for cardiac patients to ensure their comfort and safety during cardiac tests and treatments. Alerts nurses or physicians of critical values, abnormalities, or changes in patient responses. Obtains and records patient information and medical histories; interprets electrocardiogram (EKG) results and generates factual written reports. In some departments, employees will monitor multiple patients at the same time while critically interpreting rhythms and communicating concerns effectively with staff.
**Qualifications**
High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
Knowledge of basic cardiac anatomy and physiology. Working knowledge of basic and intermediate life threatening cardiac rhythms, special equipment used in cardiac testing, computers, and medical terminology.
Must meet a minimum of one of the following criteria dependent on facility or department requirements needs as it may vary by needs:
1. Possess Certified Cardiographic Technician
2. Associate's degree or higher in a health science field
3. Three years' experience as a cardiac technician
4. Obtain Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Cardiac Rhythm Monitoring certification (CRAT) within one year into position. The department will determine which certification is appropriate per the department workflows.
