Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 10+ years of IT leadership experience with a focus on SAP ERP systems, especially in supply chain planning, procurement, and manufacturing. • Deep expertise and 10+ years of experience in successfully leading the implementation of SAP modules for supply chain planning, sourcing, and manufacturing (e.g., Materials Management, Production Planning, Quality Management, Sales and Distribution, and others in on-premises and cloud) and their integration with third-party supply chain tools. • Experience in leading 2+ complete life cycle implementation of SAP ERP solutions across large global businesses. • Experience in leading at least one complete life cycle implementation of migration to SAP ERP in cloud (SaaS). • 5+ years of Experience in leading talented team of SAP experts in areas of Supply Chain planning, sourcing, and manufacturing. • Proven track record of process transformation, ERP migrations, and digital innovation. • Excellent communication, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Qualifications & Experiences:

+ Undergraduate degree required in computer science, mathematics or business sciences

Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Systems Analyst to support Discount School Supply's inventory planning and purchasing operations with a strong focus on systems, analytics, and business intelligence tools . This role is critical in enhancing operational decision-making by leveraging BI platforms, structured datasets, and advanced reporting to deliver insights that directly impact forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and supplier compliance.
You will work cross-functionally with Purchasing Managers, IT, Kitting, and Operations to ensure end-to-end visibility of inventory health while building tools, dashboards, and models that streamline workflows and deliver business-critical intelligence.
Core Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Systems Development
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs like service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
- Utilize SQL and data warehouse environments to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets.
- Translate business questions into data requirements and drive data quality and visibility across purchasing, merchandising, and fulfillment functions.
- Partner with IT and Operations teams to improve systems integration, data flow, and automation of recurring reports.
- Regularly publish proposed supply plans by synthesizing inputs from demand forecasts, current inventory levels, safety stock thresholds, and lead times.
- Lead small-scale BI and system enhancement projects that improve inventory insights and forecasting agility.
Inventory Analysis & Demand Planning
- Deliver weekly performance scorecards and KPI dashboards to support Purchasing Managers and guide decision-making.
- Develop forward-looking inventory glidepaths and simulate future stock scenarios to proactively identify service gaps.
- Provide detailed inventory analyses to reduce overstock risk, improve working capital efficiency, and ensure alignment with budget goals.
- Maintain high item data integrity and ensure inventory availability aligns with merchandising strategy and system readiness.
- Ensure sellability of inventory through item status audits and system validations.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics , or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, inventory analytics , or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading BI or reporting projects and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large datasets and applying data modeling principles.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts/tools.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and item/inventory master data management preferred.
Analytical and Communication Skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable business insights.
- Proven problem-solving abilities, particularly in system and data integration scenarios.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with both independent and cross-functional work in a fast-paced environment.

- Action project development using internal and external technical resources as needed to accomplish objectives. Support and collaborate with internal programmer analysts on a daily basis.
- Act as the liaison to department managers and end-users, facilitating end-user testing, and develop/document end-user work training materials.
- Work outside of software development, supporting other technology implementations such as shop floor production technology unified communications, and collaboration software.
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or equivalent work experience in software development, technical implementations or business management.
- Manufacturing environment experience required (Automotive or Aerospace preferred)
- 5+ years' experience working with SalesForce.
- Strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to document work breakdowns, breaking large/complex requirements into logical phases/steps in delivering system functionality.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with a strong degree of independence in working with stakeholders to define and document requirements, conducting/leading meetings and developing consensus among diverse stakeholders representing disparate product lines across global site locations.

This role will provide support to key Global Site Contracting (GSC) Systems and technological solutions to manage the execution of clinical trials. • Business Subject Matter Expert of GSC systems (e.g., Conga), involved in the creation of system status reports and tracking of items (enhancements, change requests, dashboards, and integrations) in partnership with Business Technology Solutions (BTS).
• Maintain knowledge of current systems (i.e. Conga, BIT etc.) and alignment to existing business processes;
• Support the business in identifying innovative solutions (e.g., AI use-cases, RPA solutioning), ensuring proper ongoing use of the system, leveraging metrics and IR/BSOS information to system use behavior is as intended;
• Provide input into all business project deliverables, including strategic decision-making, stakeholder management, schedule development, budget preparation, and communication.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and value creation by using objective data-based evidence, anticipating emerging technology needs; adjust and revise strategy and action plans accordingly;
