Seasoned commercial real estate attorney with experience in the following substantive areas: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and retail site development. Work directly with internal clients to ensure that the Company complies with all applicable laws, rules and regulations within the associate's areas of responsibility. Interact with and advise senior management in areas of responsibility. Work on reviewing, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements (REA), site development agreements, ground leases and other legal documents. Must have excellent writing skills and must be capable of handling most matters with a minimum of supervision.
