This individual will be responsible for data analysis and reporting from CRM systems and e-commerce platforms. They will develop and maintain KPI dashboards, manage campaign execution, and partner with stakeholders to support data-driver decision-making.
This hourly rate for this role ranges from $40-$47/hr.

The Data Quality Lead Analyst (C13) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of data across the organization. In this role, you will manage assigned tasks to aid the overall financial needs and processes for large-scale data center projects. Job Responsibilities:
    Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare standard financial deliverables for review and approval using multiple systems
  • Demonstrates competency in the financial management systems
  • Monitor financial health by creating, reviewing, updating, and tracking cash flow, change management items, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts across multiple systems
  • Maintains the setup, reconciliation, and maintenance of budgets
  • Competent in contract terms and conditions and able to communicate and coordinate the impacts on the financials, including payment terms, retainage, tax, and lien law requirements
  • Ability to oversee and manage project and group accounting processes (AP & AR)
  • Manage and provide specific project or group assistance in the administration, coordination, and compliance of requirements and programs
  • Oversees financial reporting requirements as necessary
  • Conducts audits as required to ensure compliance and determine the status of health
  • Understands forecasting methods and can assist in financial forecasting as required
  • Ability to train teams in financial-related processes and procedures

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Construction Management and experience, or 4 plus years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale data center projects
  • Knowledge of ERP/Project Management platforms in general; experience using Procore, EcoSys, or Oracle
  • Understanding cost and schedule development and controls
  • Solid analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
