**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** To manage a staff of data analysts; to develop complex reports and analyze company data including Corporate or client specific data; to serve as a technical resource for company staff on data analysis and benchmarking issues; to meet with clients on such issues as necessary; to provide training and data analysis education for program staff; and to provide technical oversight and guidance to client dedicated analysts located in multiple field offices.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As a Provider Enrollment Data Analyst, you will provide operational and analysis to Shared Service Center (SSC) operational unit leaders and senior leadership. You will generate and deliver variance analysis, reports key financial statistics and assists business unit leaders in managing information effectively to optimize departmental efficiency and performance.
**In this role you will:**

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Review and analyze Nivel pricing and profitability and make appropriate recommendations.
• Responsible for pricing across the Golf Cart and Off Road division, while leading several cross-departmental projects in areas including sales operations, supply chain and eCommerce as well as providing data analysis for all four company divisions.
• Design product segmentation strategies for top-performing categories by creating a streamlined set of pricing and marketing attributes to more effectively drive business with dealer and retail customers.
• Build forecasting models to show necessary volume lifts to grow margin dollars.
• Team with Sales leadership and Account Sales Managers to provide clear, concise and accurate responses to pricing process and price policy questions.
• Continuously monitor, audit and analyze pricing activity to assure systematic risks are identified and corrected, sales training issues are identified and addressed, and pricing formulas and tables are properly maintained for approved pricing changes.
• Build freight recovery tables to help fully recover increases in charges incurred from freight companies.
• Ability to develop pricing performance reports for company leadership using excel and custom-built SQL queries.
• Design Pricing Activity reports and perform routine maintenance of pricing activity reports to assure on going visibility of pricing activities and the ability to evaluate integrity of the pricing and discounting processes.

**DESCRIPTION**
The Operational Data Strategy Analyst is responsible for creating, managing, and supporting process improvement to optimize efficiency and the overall performance across the sales organization to align with Acosta's strategy and goals. This may involve delivering research, critical insights, data and systems analysis, and tools on a regular basis that support understanding of business needs and inform key decisions, along with maintaining regular communication with all levels of management and, when needed, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Technical Expertise:** Leverage strong technical skills in Power BI, MS Access/SQL Server databases, MS Office Suite, Web Browsers, and has familiarity with Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence to support data management, analysis and process improvement efforts.
+ **Data Analysis:** Analyzing raw data to extract meaningful information that can inform decision-making and drive strategic actions by effectively applying it to solve business challenges.
+ **Project Management & Delivery:** Support delivery of projects/initiatives based on agreed-upon deliverables, timing, and costs through effective follow up and communication.
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration & Support:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements, deliver initiatives on time and on budget, and provide ongoing support for adoption and operationalization of tools/reports/process changes.
+ **Research:** Conduct research on financial and operational data to provide supporting information or documentation for Sales Leadership.
+ **Process Improvement:** Analyze and partner to optimize existing operational processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
+ **Communication:** Regularly communicate findings, challenges, and recommendations with project delivery and ability to present complex concepts in concise, easy-to-understand terms.
+ **Ad Hoc Analysis:** Perform ad hoc analysis to inform key decisions and drive continuous improvement.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in a strategic or analytical role. CPG industry knowledge and experience preferred.
+ Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Power BI, MS Access/SQL Server databases, MS Office Suite, Web Browsers, and has familiarity with Salesforce and Artificial Intelligence.
+ Demonstrates high level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute and manage complex quantitative analysis.
+ Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.

The Data Quality Lead Analyst (C13) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of data across the organization. Overview

In this role, you will manage assigned tasks to aid the overall financial needs and processes for large-scale data center projects. You will oversee compliance with company standards and best practices. You will compile and analyze data pertaining to the measuring, tracking, and forecasting of project and group health and goals. You will assist in the development of training programs or initiatives and receive training in company management tools, standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare standard financial deliverables for review and approval using multiple systems
• Demonstrates competency in the financial management systems
• Monitor financial health by creating, reviewing, updating, and tracking cash flow, change management items, budgets, revenue, costs, and forecasts across multiple systems
• Maintains the setup, reconciliation, and maintenance of budgets
• Competent in contract terms and conditions and able to communicate and coordinate the impacts on the financials, including payment terms, retainage, tax, and lien law requirements
• Ability to oversee and manage project and group accounting processes (AP & AR)
• Manage and provide specific project or group assistance in the administration, coordination, and compliance of requirements and programs
• Oversees financial reporting requirements as necessary
• Conducts audits as required to ensure compliance and determine the status of health
• Understands forecasting methods and can assist in financial forecasting as required
• Ability to train teams in financial-related processes and procedures
• Document financial changes using appropriate systems and forms to drive consistency and ensure compliance

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Construction Management and experience, or 4 plus years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale data center projects
• Knowledge of ERP/Project Management platforms in general; experience using Procore, EcoSys, or Oracle
• Understanding cost and schedule development and controls
• Solid analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
