The Data Analyst will support a Sr. Manager of our Interactive Marketing team onsite in Fountain Valley, California. They will help with the marketing website initiatives, SAP data entry, tracking of invoices against SOWs, communications with partners for product launches and campaigns, and also be working cross-functionally with Marketing and Business Partners from other groups. The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to apply their analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment as you work hand-in-hand with National Sales, Regional Offices, Product Management, Client Management and IT.
This person must be a strong communicator, have positive energy, be detail-oriented, be very resourceful, be self-sufficient (no babysitting), be a quick learner, must love following processes and creating processes if necessary. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.

In this role you will:
• Establish & maintain processes to collect, understand, cleanse and automate analysis of supply chain data efficiently derives business insight.
• Establish & maintain methods that enable data visualization to derive business insights that tell the story.
• Use strong statistical knowledge to create trend identification & make predictions about Supply chain-related elements; needs to truly understand elements within the data that can’t be identified by the naked eye.
• Develop and implement data models that significantly impact areas such as supply chain optimization, inventory optimization, manufacturing & distribution optimization, business strategy, and more.

This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Data Analytics on the Fabletics Data Analytics Team . The role will be in person on a hybrid schedule at our headquarters in El Segundo, California . The mission of the analytics team is to provide all FL stakeholders with the Right Data, in the Right Place, at the Right Time and empower stakeholders to make data driven business decisions. What you will do:
- Prepare data and analysis for Fabletics' business teams, primarily Merch & Planning; share actionable insights & support teams in translating your findings into executable strategies
- Write intermediate to complex SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake in an accurate & efficient manner
- Manage our business intelligence platform Tableau, including data modeling, defining internal standards for style, building/maintaining automated reporting, and educating end users on best practices for data analysis
- Creative thinker, adept at understanding an array of Merch & Planning analytics use cases and identifying the data necessary to make them a reality
- Partner with data engineering teams to suggest improvements for our data architecture
- Innovate to advance our stakeholders into more automated and scalable processes

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a quantitative analytics role. Advanced SQL skills to extract data and build reports. Strong understanding of relational databases & business intelligence tools. Aptitude for learning deeply complex data concepts.

- Proficient skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas and charting.
