**The Role:**
Xylem seeks to hire a Senior Financial Analyst. This position would be responsible for providing financial support for achieving performance goals for the Residential & Industrial Business Segment (ResInd). Provides overall financial support for segment consolidation financial results, senior leadership presentations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, consolidating multiple production location financials for budgets and forecasts, sales and margin analysis, process improvements, budget/strategic plan agenda items to maximize financial performance. + Support the overall Residential & Industrial Segment through understanding the performance and budget/forecast for the segment. (Key result: All variances from forecast, budget and prior year can be adequately explained, and improvements that can be made to enhance future forecast accuracy).
+ Support overall coordination of segment budget, strategic plan, and forecast activities understanding the year over year changes.
+ Consolidate financial reporting for two production locations (TX and NY), headquarters spend and other consolidation entities.
+ Active participation and coordination with corporate FP&A team on results and reporting packages
