  • Job Title: Collateral Management Consultant
Work Arrangement
  • Hybrid: Primarily remote, with one onsite day per month required.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect system-generated collateral calls for accuracy before issuance.
  • Issue and process daily margin calls for bilateral agreements under a CSA, cleared agreements, and affiliate margin.
  • Communicate directly with counterparties to ensure proper collateral exchange.
  • Post system entries in internal and industry platforms to recognize and settle agreed-upon margin calls.
  • Investigate and escalate disputes and discrepancies.
  • Settle month-end collateral margin interest with external counterparties and affiliates.
  • Perform nightly reconciliations between custodians, counterparties, and internal books/records.
  • Identify and escalate system issues to the overnight IT staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Credit, Legal, Finance, and Trading.
Schedule
  • Hours: 7 PM - 3 AM CST (Sunday - Friday)
  • Work Week: Begins Sunday at 7 PM and ends Friday at 3 AM (supporting Asian and European clients).
  • In-person training required.

Direct message the job poster from The Judge Group Our client is currently seeking a Vendor Manager This position is hybrid to downtown Chicago (3 days a week onsite) About the Role Vendor Management, you will play a critical role in supporting the Vendor Management Office (VMO) by overseeing a portfolio of vendors. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, performance, contracts, financials, and risk in alignment with the organization’s vendor strategy. This role ensures that vendor engagements deliver maximum value and meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities Lead and execute all vendor management activities across assigned vendor portfolio. Manage vendor relationships to ensure service levels, obligations, and KPIs are met or exceeded. Conduct regular governance meetings and maintain strong operational relationships with vendors. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the vendor lifecycle, including RFPs and strategic sourcing. Oversee vendor risk management processes and ensure compliance with internal policies. Track and manage vendor deliverables, obligations, and issue resolution. Support internal and external audits related to vendor and contract management. Contribute to the organization’s annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. Promote continuous improvement of vendor management policies and practices. Initiate and manage customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys for vendors and analyze results. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; preferred fields include Supply Chain Management or Project Management. 5+ years of experience in vendor management and technology procurement. Strong understanding of vendor contracts, performance metrics, and risk management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to analyze data, resolve conflicts, and drive results independently. Preferred Qualifications Certification in procurement or supplier management (e.g., CPSM, CSMP, CSCP, CPSD). Experience with global service providers in technology, professional services, or contingent labor. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Sirion, Oracle Fusion, Ariba, or Coupa.
