Dance With Me Studios is hiring a part-time SEO and Google Ads Search Specialist to help us rank at the top of Google for high-intent keywords and run high-performing search campaigns.
This role is for someone with a proven track record in both organic and paid search, with deep knowledge of technical SEO, local SEO, and Google Ads Search campaigns. You should be results-driven and confident in improving rankings, reducing cost per lead, and scaling what works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Run, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns (not display or shopping)
- Execute on-page and technical SEO (titles, schema, page speed, crawl issues, etc.)
- Improve local SEO visibility on Google (Google Business, local citations, location pages)
- Optimize for AI-driven search engines (e.g. Google SGE, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, Bing Copilot)
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics: CPL, ROAS, rankings, CR, funnel drops
- Implement and troubleshoot tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, GSC, Looker Studio)
- Launch, test, and iterate SEO & PPC changes quickly based on data
- 3+ years implementing SEO and Google Ads Search campaigns
- Deep technical knowledge: site speed, crawl/indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals
- Experience ranking local service-based businesses
- Strong with analytics tools: GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, Tag Manager
- You must be the person doing the work, not outsourcing or managing a team
