As we expand our footprint, we're looking for an SEO & Content Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our organic digital growth. This is a critical role focused on driving patient acquisition and engagement through search engine optimization, local SEO, content development, and owned media channels.
Position Summary
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the SEO & Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for optimizing beBright's digital presence across search engines and local directories, developing high-impact content, and ensuring a consistent, engaging brand voice across blog, web, email, and social media channels. The ideal candidate is an SEO-first marketer with strong content strategy chops and a data-informed mindset. This is an on-site position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Own and execute SEO strategy across all practice and brand websites
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with web developers to implement fixes
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize on-page elements (metadata, schema, internal linking, content structure) and off-page signals
- Manage and maintain accurate, optimized local listings (especially Google Business Profiles)
- Lead content planning and calendar development in alignment with SEO goals
- Write or oversee the creation of optimized blog content, web copy, and patient-facing materials
- Collaborate with clinicians and marketing peers to generate authentic, high-quality content
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, local practice needs, and compliance standards
- Manage organic social media strategy, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
- Monitor engagement and adjust content types/formats to increase reach and relevance
- Support CRM and lifecycle communications with SEO-friendly and conversion-oriented messaging
- Track and analyze performance of SEO and content initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
- Produce monthly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
- Regularly test, refine, and iterate based on performance and evolving search algorithms
- Partner with design, web, and operations teams to support SEO and content execution
- Collaborate with practice teams on local initiatives and visibility opportunities
- Support marketing efforts for new practice launches and rebrands
- Manage relationships with any SEO/content-related agencies or freelancers
- Ensure vendor output aligns with brand strategy, quality standards, and SEO best practices
Required
- 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical, local, and content SEO
- Strong content writing, editing, and planning skills
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles and local SEO strategies
- Understanding of basic HTML, web structure, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

About the role:
As the SEO and Content Optimization Manager , you will lead the development and execution of best practices for search-optimized content across Boston Scientific's global digital ecosystem. This hybrid role combines deep SEO expertise with emerging generative AI capabilities to boost brand visibility through both organic search and generative search channels, enhance content efficiency, and foster meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:
- On-Page SEO Strategy: Collaborate with digital marketing and brand teams to integrate SEO best practices across global web properties and content ecosystems Develop and implement comprehensive on-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and user engagement.

- GenAI Content Strategy: Evaluate, pilot, and scale tools (e.g., Aprimo SmartActions, OpenAI, Copilot) to enhance content creation and optimization workflows.
- Content Governance: Champion structured content, taxonomy, and modular frameworks to enable reuse, discovery, and localization. Establish governance protocols to maintain quality and compliance of SEO- and AI-generated content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards to track keyword performance, SEO quality, and GenAI impact. Collaborate with the Analytics team to streamline data workflows and dashboards.
- Partner with digital marketers of all experience levels to identify actionable SEO and GenAI insights; translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible strategies that elevate content performance across channels.

CAMP Digital SEM/SEO Specialists are the primary search strategists for their assigned client pod. They will work in close conjunction with their respective Search counterpart to implement defined strategies in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and on client websites. They will work & engage with clients and their respective Account Executive & Account Manager to synthesize daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly needs & goals for each client in their pod. SEM/SEO Specialists are expected to work closely with the Search Team at CAMP to share knowledge, understand best practices, and help complete department-wide projects. A deep understanding of the Google Ads platform and its capabilities is required to perform the duties of the SEM/SEO position . This includes a working knowledge of all the different Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, budget & reporting tools, conversion setup, and basic metrics like CTRs and conversion rates. SEM/SEO Specialists are also expected to have experience working with other industry-standard tools and programs, such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and DNI software.
The SEM/SEO Specialist is expected to bring innovative & pragmatic solutions to their assigned pod of clients which will entail executing research, developing recommendations, and meeting or exceeding KPI benchmarks. The SEM/SEO Specialist will assess market trends & review data inputs from both internal & third-party resources in coordination with their respective search counterpart. They are expected to be knowledge experts in both PPC & SEO best practices and will strive to implement such practices for their client portfolio. In addition, in an ever-changing industry, it is expected that you will be receptive to & explore new ideas that may lead to new opportunities to ensure CAMP Digital is at the forefront of paid search and SEO evolutions and the adoption of new tools and strategies.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
- Google Ads optimization, ads performance, and paid search strategy
- Client budget management and oversight
- Oversees and takes part in ad campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy, and assets to ensure optimal performance
- Understand the importance of KPIs and works to ensure they are met for paid search & organic progress & growth
- Monitoring market data for trends within the home services industry on a macro-scale
- Assessing third-party reports (such as Page Speed, Core Web Vitals, Screaming Frog, WhatConverts, etc)
- Final quality assurance & approval on onboarded clients prior to going live & construction assistance
- Assigned projects, audits and/or individual tasks pertaining to advancing CAMP PPC & organic practices

Professional Competencies, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven Google Ads experience with a focus on lead generation and conversion rates

This hands-on role will alsoleadthe optimization and redevelopment of Dodge's marketing websites, ensuring they arehighperforming secure and aligned with customer needs. This role is ideal for a digital leader with strongMarTechacumen, a growth mindset, and a passion for leveraging AI and scalable digital tactics to convert interest into measurable revenue.
This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
**_Preferred Location_**
This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered.

**_Essential Functions_**
**Lead Generation (with strong focus on high-volume SMB)**
+ Develop and execute digital strategies and campaigns to drive large-scale SMB lead generation across paid media, SEO, social, affiliate, and retargetingchannels -achieving aggressive growth targets while optimizing CAC
+ Diversify campaign mix beyond paid search to other forms of B2B paid media (e.g., LinkedIn) and develop a strategy for enabling potential customers to become aware of and interested in Dodge in an increasingly AI-first user journey
+ Optimize ad targeting, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and conversion paths to improve engagement and lead quality; develop a deep understanding of our customer/prospect segments and the best approaches to target them
+ Track campaign, lead-generation, cost metrics and develop analytics insights that drive ongoing performance improvement
+ Coordinate with Social and Outbound Marketing colleagues to ensure messaging alignment and proper lead capture
+ In partnership with Head of Revenue Operations, ensure that all leads are integrated into sales systems (e.g., SFDC) and that lead qualification and opportunity conversion metrics are accurate and applied to improving campaign performance
**Website Strategy, Maintenance, Performance and Redevelopment**
+ Manage, and as needed, update or upgrade the existing Dodge marketing websites (construction.com, TBB, IMS, Sweets, Principia)
+ Track and analyze website traffic, user navigation, and organic lead generation. Identify insights that lead to 'no-regret' site improvements (e.g., projects.construction.com, form fill pages, home page text)
+ Ensure that Dodge content is published in a highly visible and easily accessible manner, including our project data (see projects.construction.com), data and insights from our team of economists, and insights from our research team and ensuring that all content assets are easily sharable across social channels
+ Maintain a high SEO score forthe websites
+ In partnership with CTO, ensure that websites are secure and well-defended from malicious actors
+ Lead the strategy, redesign, redevelopment and potential integration of the sites (starting with construction.com) in partnership withandinput from Marketing, Product and Sales leaders and stakeholders and with technical support from a technical front-end website developer
+ Strategic input provided from CMO on brand architecture, target customer segments, and segment-specific pain points. You should display an intense curiosity to understand and refine the messaging around our customer segments (i.e., pain points) to ensure that our website reflects and reinforces the engagements that our sales teams have with customers and prospects; you will develop a deep understanding of our segment-specific competitors to ensure that our differentiators are clearly articulated
+ Website content input from Product leadership on product/solution value propositions and competitive differentiation (including surfacing of insights related to project data and analytics)
