Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute innovative pastry menus for all outlets and events.
- Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry products.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for the pastry department.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B management on menu planning and culinary initiatives.
- Oversee special event pastry orders and execution.
- Stay abreast of current pastry trends and techniques, introducing new concepts.
- Manage pastry department budget and labor costs.

- Culinary degree or equivalent professional pastry certification.
