• Prepares and coordinates shipping labels, packing lists, and other documents with the corresponding fragrance samples and confirms that the documents, labels, and containers correspond.
• Packs fragrance samples and ensures that flash points, MSDS, C of A, and spec sheet are included as required.
• Follows DOT, air shipment regulations, and carrier and other regulatory compliance, especially in shipment of hazardous materials.
• Completes documentation, data entry, and other administrative and record-keeping requirements after product ships. Fills out work orders.
• Distributes daily mail and all incoming packages to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area, and adheres to safety regulations and procedures, understanding the hazards that are associated with the job duties.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience preferred in shipping, DOT, and other regulatory compliance
• Strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to comprehend overall operation and workflow
• Ability to handle materials/boxes/shipments up to 50 pounds

  • Responsible for assessing quality and identifying flaws or errors on finished attachments, both beforestoring onto shelves and before packaging and loading.Report errors to supervisor promptly.
  • Organize and clean inventory and inventory storage area.
  • Build pallets.
  • Maintain the outside of the building; clean and pick up any trash, put away pallets and other items, organizeequipment and maintain a clean safe walkway.
  • Shovel and salt outdoor walkways in the winter.
  • Load pallets into semi-trailers, onto trailer beds and into pickup truck beds safely and without damagingproperty.
  • Make sure all pallets are loaded in an organized and thoughtful manner.

  • Keep and maintain records of all products shipped to and received from the shop.
  • Pack products in shipping containers; create mailing labels and shipping documents.

  • Consolidate shipments when possible.
  • Collaborate and communicate with logistic technicians, customer service representatives, service providers,and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Track, trace and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Promptly unload trucks and deliveries; sort and stock receivables.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.

+ Audit inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.
+ Research and resolve all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
+ Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Complete follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.
+ Maintain time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.
+ Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.
+ Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.
+ Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.
+ Follows company safety policy and procedures.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

**Position Summary**
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory while maintaining the Pharmacy in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, replenishment tasks, put away, cycle counting, return product management, B/O and Days' Supply monitoring and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor.
- Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
- Ensure pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies.
- Assist in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in a well organized manner.
- Provide Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensure pack stations are stocked appropriately.
- Monitor and pull short dated or expired product from active inventory.
- Filing inventory and SOX documentation.
- Assists with other duties as assigned and/or any other tasks as assigned by Leadership.
This position could be physically demanding. Must be able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk and be physical for multiple hours of the day.
**Required Qualifications**
- 1 year professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing and/or inventory environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software
- Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire

Starting pay rates are based on experience, ranging from: $21.28 - $3.02

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
