JOB SUMMARY
Person will be responsible for logger recycling, tracker charging, receiving and stocking of logger and tracker products, special projects as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Receive and mark logger recycling as it is received and place on shelves
+ Sort and count logger units and document on supplied form from customers
+ Consolidate units in totes to send to contract manufacturer
+ Input count into the NetSuite system for rebate payments
+ Charge tracker products per work instructions
+ Receive and stock logger products when delivered from manufacturer
+ Assist other team members on special projects as needed
SKILL AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
+ High School Diploma
+ Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
+ Team oriented with ability to work independently
+ Computer skills including MS Office, E-mail, and current Windows OS
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds
WORK SCHEDULE
+ Hourly, Non-Exempt 40 per week
+ Monday - Friday
+ Overtime including Saturdays, as required to meet business demands

Primary Routine Tasks:

  • Downloading files, calibrating printers, file setup, digital printing, email and phone communication, binding, and packaging.
  • Receive, process, and manage print service orders, bindery tasks, and packaging requirements.

  • Prioritize and organize work assignments based on customer needs, workload, and equipment capabilities.
  • Thoroughly review work orders to ensure accurate execution of printing procedures.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions provided in work orders to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Process PDF files received through email, delivery, walk-ins, or other channels.
  • Operate various printing equipment and machinery, including large format and small format devices such as: Canon Vario Print 110 BW, C850 Image Press C10010VP, or Canon Image Press C10010VP.
  • Employ appropriate finishing techniques for various print jobs.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished work, checking for sharpness, line density, position, count, and size accuracy.
  • Perform scanning-to-file tasks for hard copy jobs following standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to provide assistance or support.
  • Prepare packages for shipment with couriers when required.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility, open to working overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a print environment, with familiarity in print production processes.
