**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform general repairs and upkeep Handle simple electrical work including wiring, outlet installation, and troubleshooting
+ Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and minor structural repairs
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
**Qualifications:**
+ At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or renovation work preferred
+ Basic knowledge of general maintenance skills
+ Experience with siding installation and repair preferred
+ Ability to read and interpret basic work orders or blueprints a plus!
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
+ Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions
